DualForge Labs is a small, independent studio focused on building mobile apps and digital products that solve real, everyday problems. We're not chasing hype cycles. We're building tools that people actually want to use.
Our current focus is on three products spanning community, commerce, and coordination. Each one started with a simple question: why is this still harder than it needs to be?
We design for clarity, build for durability, and ship when it's ready, not when it's trendy.

In DevelopmentFavors rethinks how people help each other. Instead of cash or awkward IOUs, the app uses a simple points system to track and balance favors between friends, family, and coworkers. Request help, offer your time, and keep things fair without making it weird.
Swaps
In DevelopmentKids outgrow things fast. Swaps makes it easy for parents to list toys, clothes, and gear their kids no longer use and find families nearby who want them. No shipping, no fees, just local exchanges that keep good stuff in circulation.
Peeps
In DevelopmentPeeps is a space for real communities, not algorithms. Create or join groups around shared interests, coordinate locally, and have conversations that actually go somewhere. Built for people who want connection without the noise of traditional social media.
